Fans didn’t arrive on time, ordered well in advance, got full refund. Sounded like it was to do with Chinese customs

We was happy with the fans and come as expected. Only issue was a few at the bottom of the box were damaged, we didn’t have time to request new ones to replace them as delivery took over 3 weeks.
