I was sent quite a few samples but some were not relevant to my request. For example if I request ‘silk fans’ why would you include paper samples? That was a waste. Also it would have been good to a few more font styles as so many were sent more font styles could have been sent.
The order itself did not go well either but the customer service was excellent!
